so your food can stay fresh in your refrigerator

You can have anywhere between

a day, depending on what program is right for you, so there's no feeling hungry

We use seasonally available

ORGANIC & NATURAL

ingredients to prepare your delicious and healthy meals. The only dairy used in our program is low-fat cottage cheese and organic Greek yogurt.

How It Works

STEP 1
Free Consultation

Before you start on your meal-program we go over your goals and food preferences or allergies, and plan out the perfect healthy meal program for you.

STEP 2
MEALS ARE PREPARED FRESH

Your meals are prepared fresh by our chef with hand-selected nutritional whole foods. Our chef oversees every step and checks for taste and quality.

STEP 3
PICK UP

You are assigned two pick-up days a week. Stop by your chosen location between 05:30 pm - 07:30 pm on your assigned days and get your delicious meals.
